| Quantitative indicators for an evaluation model of online sci tech papers include access times, citation numbers, download and print numbers, etc., and qualitative indicators include authority, accuracy, advancedness, etc. The author proposes a quantitative processing method, and establishes a model for the evaluation. 1 tab. 3 refs. |
