| Information resource sharing is a comprehensive way for social resource allocation. Its basic objective is to realize the economic and social values of information resources. | 信息资源共享是一种综合性的社会资源配置方式。它最根本目标之一是有效实现信息资源的经济价值和社会价值。信息资源共享的社会动力有：社会需求驱动、社会利益驱动、社会权力驱动、社会竞争驱动和精神道德驱动。当前信息资源共享的障碍主要有：观念障碍、体制和制度障碍、法制障碍、技术障碍、机制障碍。信息资源共享的协调模式有：基于公共物品供给的公共管理模式、基于市场机制的社会利益协调模式、基于社会道义的信息资源援助模式。参考文献15。 |
