Abstract:
The unlimitedness of public information needs and the scarcity of public information resource provision make the market intervention possible,and the problems of government allocation of public information resources and some factors of social informatization become the driving forces of market intervention. The market allocation of public information resources in Western countries provides practical examples. The main factors to affect the market allocation of public information resources are supply demand mechanism,price mechanism and competition mechanism. However,the incompleteness of the market allocation of public information resources also requires the intervention of the government and other social organizations.1 tab. 13 refs.
