| Abstract: |
| In the network age, the study on the database copyright issues is becoming more and more important. The protection of non original databases by traditional copyright law is faced with dilemma, and the Anti Unfair Competition Law is becoming an important complement to the protection of database copyright. The European Union has established a special system for the protection of databases to protect the rights of database producers. The author recommends drafting a law related to database copyright protection. 8 refs. |

| 网络时代，对数据库版权保护问题的研究越来越重要。传统版权法对非原创性数据库的保护已遭遇困境，反不正当竞争法成为数据库版权保护的重要补充。为了更充分地保护数据库制作者的权利，欧盟建立了数据库特殊保护制度。我国应完善现有的相关立法，在条件成熟时，考虑制订数据库保护的专门法律。参考文献8。 |
