| “Librarians/resource persons” are librarians with the quality of resource persons. “Librarians/resource persons” should have strong physical resource, high intellectual resource and good personality resource. The author recommends creating good environment and condition for the training of “Librarians/resource persons” and establishing proper objectives. 5 refs. |
