| The relatedness of multiple fields and multiple viewpoints is one of the characteristics in the researches of information resource management.Govermnent,enterprises and information scientists respectively represent three major viewpoints.In the government related fields. The Paper Reduction Act of 1980 and Circular A 130 of the United States of America are reflected in all the developments of American government information resource management.Govermnent strategic IRM and egovernment are the two major directions of government IRM evolution.1 tab.2 fig. 20 refs. |
