| Library is an indispensable element in a harmonious society.The authors think it has great significance to study the issues of harmony in a library．They propose six key elements for the harmony of library， i．e． system， management， staff， resources， buildings and marketing． They are correlated， and work together to promote the development of the library． 15 refs． |
