| In network right infringement cases concerning digital libraries, jurisdiction is a new problem． Jurisdiction defense is one of the reasons to detense right infringement lawsuits in the field of digital libraries．The author recommends regulating related laws and regulations and introducing mature theories of jurisdiction in Europe and in U．S．A．4 refs． |
