| In the acquisition tendering for university libraries, we should strengthen the management of all the procedures. In this paper, the author proposes eight principles for the acquisition tendering in university libraries, respectively concerning qualification review, document preparation, tender evaluation, acquisition plans, human communications, check-in procedures, final evaluation and clean and honest administration. 5 refs. |

| 高校图书馆在图书招标采购过程中，必须加强和完善招标采购工作的过程管理。要把好资质预审关、招标文件制作关、评标关、采购计划关、沟通关、验收关、考核评估关、廉政建设关等八大关，以保证图书采购质量。目前一些图书馆提出“培养书商”的理念，实行准入制度，不失为图书招标采购的一种好做法。参考文献5。 |
