| Abstract: |
| The author proposes to establish mechanisms for the cooperative development and sharing of Chinese doctoral dissertations and master these in the aspects of management mechanism, operation mechanism and service mechanism. We can consider establishing a mixed management pattern guided by a council, with nonprofit operation mechanism of unity, openness and sharing, as well as a three level mechanism based on non profit. 4 figs. 2 refs. |
