| Basic level librarian training volunteer project has important social significance, and is free of charge, non profit and altruistic. We should establish office for basic level librarian training volunteer project, draft related regulations, establish mechanisms for fundraising and management, and clarify the rights and responsibilities of volunteers, service receivers and organizers. 1 ref. |
