Abstract:
The author divides part time library workers into five categories, and analyzes their characteristics. The employment of part time workers is beneficial to the improvement of library human resource structure and library human resource management mechanism. The author thinks that we should adjust human resource strategies, properly plan human resource allocation, and use scientific evaluation and other incentive mechanism. 8 refs.

      按来源渠道划分,图书馆非正式员工可分为5类。他们具有流动性强、就业原因复杂、知识能力、学科背景相差较大、职业发展潜力较小等特点。雇佣非正式员工,对于改善图书馆人员构成及用人机制具有促进作用。对非正式员工的管理,要从调整人力资源战略、合理规划人员配置、实现人力资源一体化、开展科学考评、实行激励机制等方面着手,多做工作。参考文献8。
