Abstract:
Facetization of macroscopic structures of metadata for electronic file management is a process to establish macroscopic structures of metadata for electronic file management from the system point of view and with the methods of division and coordination. The author analyzes the shortcomings of simple linear structures and the advantages of multidimensional faceted structures. The latter can enable more flexible use of metadata for electronic file management, more comprehensive description of attributes of electronic files and more complete reflection of relationships among electronic files. 7 figs. 1 ref.

      电子文件管理元数据的分面化研究是指从系统角度出发，运用分解和组配方法建立电子文件管理元数据宏观结构的架构过程。单一线型结构存在数据冗余、体系庞大、专指度不高等缺陷，而多维分面结构却有显著优点，其采用分面的方法，使得电子文件管理元数据能更加灵活运用，更全面地揭示电子文件的属性，完整反映电子文件之间的关系。图7。参考文献1。
