| Abstract: |
| This paper combines with users expectation to obtain a variety of resources support from IC, describes the Resources Organizational Strategy in IC from 5 aspects. In architecture space resources, IC should satisfy users social and individual needs, and constructs strong atmosphere of knowledge creation. For hardware and facilities resources, it should analyze the application and requirement, which includes hardware, application system, digital resource, service mode, human resources and requirement analysis, and it should configure learning assistant facilities. To human resources, IC should arrange the operating posts comprehensively and make training plans for librarians. For digital resources, it should take users needs as the orientation, adopt Library 2.0 technologies, provide seamless service and satisfy users individual needs. Whether providing printed resources lies on the practical situation and these resources should solely base on textbook manuals for undergraduates. 18 refs. |

| 结合用户期望从IC中获取的资源支持，从5个方面论述IC资源组织的策略。在建筑空间资源中，应满足用户社群性、个性化需求，注重知识产生氛围的营造；硬件设施方面应进行“应用需求分析”，涉及硬件资源、应用系统、数字资源、服务模式、人力资源、需求分析等方面,并配置辅助学习设施；人力资源方面，应对IC的工作岗位进行科学统筹，为IC工作人员制定培训计划；对数字资源则应以数字信息用户的需求为导向，采用Library2.0技术，提供无缝式服务，满足用户个性化需求；对于纸本资源，要根据实际情况配置，且应以面向本科生的教辅图书为主。参考文献18。 |
