| Abstract: |
| In China, libraries havent fully use personal philanthropic funds yet. Libraries should seize the opportunity of philanthropic development and ensure the investments stability in long time by the way of opening branch libraries. The paper thinks that large and medium sized public library should act positively and choose partners according its investment, interest and influence. Then the library forms supervision mechanism through signing a written agreement with charity. Library should insist a cooperative relationship of commonweal and standardization, and respect the private to build a trust mechanism in which interpersonal trust and institution trust are in a good cooperation. Libraries adopt the style of symmetrical mutual benefit to allocate resources and build library private foundations. Government and industry motivate charities from material and spirit. We should push libraries to a new stage to includ personal philanthropic funds and join to many forces. 1 fig. 10 refs. |

| 我国图书馆尚未充分利用私人慈善资本。图书馆界应抓住目前我国慈善事业的发展契机，以合办图书馆分馆的方式，保证私人慈善资本长期稳定的投入。大、中型公立图书馆应主动作为，根据投入、兴趣和影响力三方面因素选择合作对象，通过与慈善人士签订书面协议，形成利用慈善资本的有效监督机制。要坚持公益性、规范化和尊重私人的合作关系，建立人际信任和制度信任相互配合的信任机制，采取对称性互惠的资源配置方式，并成立图书馆私人基金会。同时，在政府和行业层面应进行必要的物质和精神激励，把图书馆事业推向一个广纳私人慈善资本、多方力量积极参与建设的新境界。图1。参考文献10。 |
