| Based on a survey of questionnaires to 300 public libraries concerning their legislative needs in acquisitions budgets, collection development, information resource preservation, acquisition of open government information, digital resource development, cooperative development and sharing of document resources, etc., the authors propose some related recommendations for the planned Public Library Law. 3 refs. |
