| A Guide to Intellectual Property Protection Policy in Digital Library Resources Development and Services aims to properly balance the public service and commercial operations, intellectual property protection and knowledge dissemination, guidelines and academic papers, intellectual property protection of others’ and ones own. The paper interprets the Guide from the perspectives of the purpose, coverage and principles of the Guide, intellectual property protection operations, intellectual property protection in digital library resources construction and service as well as management issues. |
