| Abstract: |
| The librarian profession has been existing for more than 200 years, but it is still under slow development, and its deprofessionalizaiton is now in discussion. This article first discusses the definition and characteristics of deprofessionalization of librarians, and then describes the deprofessionlalization of librarians in UK, USA, Japan as well as China. As the consequence of deprofessionalization, the libraries will possibly lose their core competitiveness, and see the attenuation of librarianship as a career. Such factors as the library financial pressure, the impact of network environment, the restriction of existing system as well as the disconnection between professional education and the practice needs are main causes of deprofessionalization of librarians. Based on above analysis, this article suggestes some countermeasures to prevent the deprofessionalization, including establishing qualification authentication system, creating a lifelong learning environment for librarians, being cautious in core business outsourcing, and transforming the professional education of library science. 6 figs. 70 refs. |

| 随着以用户为主导的Web2.0的广泛应用和以用户关系为核心的社会化网络服务（SNS）的流行，网络服务开始进入社会化进程，网络服务环境下的用户关系发生了彻底改变，重新把握网络服务环境下的用户关系对开展网络服务具有重要意义。网络服务环境下用户关系演化的动因包括用户需求演进和交互理念与技术的推动。当前网络服务环境下用户关系结构的特征表现为强关系与弱关系并存并呈幂律等级分布。新一代网络服务环境下的用户关系演化趋势为：从无序到有序、从去中心化到再中心化、从匿名到实名。图2。参考文献42。 |
