| Abstract: |
| Knowledge management standards reflect the practical activities and cognitive level of knowledge management，and guide the related activities. This paper conducts a comparative study on standards for knowledge management in China，the European Union and Australia，focusing on content struture, goal setting, different definitions of knowledge and knowledge management，processes and frameworks of knowledge management. Common characteristics of knowledge management are identified：adhering to the scientific planning and continuous improvement ideas，emphasizing future direction of assets management，focusing on business objectives，emphasizing factors of human resources，cultural background，institutional systems and technological innovation，introducing methods of assets appraisal and operational auditing. Finally，suggestions on improving knowledge management standards in China are put forward：absorbing ideas of knowledge assets，reinforcing the integration of business activities，and taking an open and interactive approach to revise and improve standards for knowledge management. 5 figs.5 tabs. 18 refs. |

| 知识管理标准反映了知识管理的实践与认知水平，并为相关活动提供指引。本文以中国、欧盟和澳大利亚的知识管理标准为研究对象，采用比较研究方法，分析它们在内容结构、制定目标、知识及知识管理定义、知识管理活动流程和框架模型等方面的特点，发现知识管理发展有五个共性特征：坚持科学规划和持续改进思路；以资产管理为发展方向；以业务目标为中心；须包含人员、文化、制度和技术等要素；引入资产评估和业务审计方法。针对中国知识管理标准的不足，提出三项建议：深入吸纳知识资产思想；强化与业务活动的集成；采用更加开放互动的方式进行后续完善。图5。表5。参考文献18。 |
