| Abstract: |
| Discussing the development trend of global libraries from three aspects——openness, communication and cooperation, this paper proposes that resource sharing should be promoted, the form of opening should be innovated; interpersonal communication should be valued, channel of communication should be unimpeded; social resources should be activated, and cooperative consciousness should be enhanced. The library should change the traditional ideas, break down the walls and enforce the sincere communication and cooperation with other fields in the society so as to build a common platform of information sharing and knowledge exchanging. 8refs. |
