| Abstract: |
| Based on The Basic Developing Direction of the Russian Library Network (Libnet), 2011-2020, which is issued by the Russian Ministry of Culture, this article analyzes the goal and task of Russian libraries information construction, considered questions of information infrastructure, measures of expectation and execution guarantee. In recent years, Russia has vigorously advocated the building of the information society and lifted the status of libraries. The formulation of Russian libraries information construction is based on this background and has important implications for Russian librarianship. Based on the analyses and combined with The Twelfth Five Year Plan for the Public Library which is issued by the Ministry of Culture of China, this paper analyzes the similarities between Russian libraries and Chinese libraries in order that the two nations can strengthen exchanges of libraries to promote mutual development.1fig. 2tabs. 13refs. |

| 以俄罗斯文化部《2011—2020年全俄图书馆信息计算机网Libnet发展的基本方向》为基础,介绍俄罗斯图书馆事业信息化未来发展的目标、任务、信息基础设施建设、预期指标和实施保障等内容。俄罗斯图书馆事业信息化发展规划是基于该国建设信息社会和振兴图书馆事业的社会背景而制定的,它的实施对俄罗斯图书馆事业发展具有重要意义。结合我国文化部发布的《全国公共图书馆事业发展“十二五”规划》,指出中俄两国图书馆发展水平具有相似之处,可加强两国图书馆之间的交流,以促进共同发展。图1。表2。参考文献13。 |
