Abstract:
This research is a case study of Shandong Public library with the application of a grounded theory to identify the perceived dimensions and the theoretical framework of organizational culture in the view of librarians. Research found two dimensions which are internal cultural perception and external cultural perception. In the internal cultural perception, there include two notion areas, which are career orientation and personal characteristics of the individual; in the external cultural perception, there include five notion areas, which are social environment, architecture, systems, tasks and leadership. The theoretical framework of mechanisms of public librarians’ perception of organizational cultures is constructed. The study found two mechanisms of the dynamic evolution of organizational culture of public libraries:the first is the mechanism of individual internalization of cultures, and the other is the mechanism of the person-culture fit. 1fig. 3tabs. 40refs.

      本研究以山东省图书馆为案例,应用扎根理论方法研究馆员对图书馆组织文化感知的维度及其理论。研究发现,馆员对图书馆组织文化存在内部感知和外部感知两个维度,内部感知包括个人的职业定位和对个人特质的影响,外部感知包括社会环境、馆舍建筑、制度、工作任务和领导关系。基于此,建构了馆员对于公共图书馆组织文化感知的理论框架,并且发现了公共图书馆组织文化动态演化的两种机制:个体内化机制和个人—文化匹配机制。图1。表3。参考文献40。
