| Abstract: |
| Along with the external information environment entering the era of Internet of Everything (IoE) , intelligent perception and comprehensive Internet, big data communication and sharing, technology tracking and application will become the new features of development of public libraries. IoE gives birth to the emergence of new format of public libraries. In order to realize the construction of new formats, public libraries need to improve concept, change patterns and innovate services. The following jobs should be done well for constructing public libraries' new format:constructing integrated network of digital library, establishing standardized library operation system, enriching public libraries' service contents, innovating public libraries' service manners, and creating good atmosphere for the development of public libraries. 2 figs. 1 tab. 21 refs. |
