| As a kind of cultural institutions, library owns a long history of over a thousand years. Since books and libraries came into being in human society, there have been studies on them. However, library study is not library science. Taking university education as originating symbol, library science as a discipline has just a history of over 100 years. This article describes the development of the internationalization of Chinese library science and the Chinization of international library science from an international perspective based on historical research methodology. From the international perspective, the development of Chinese library science has gone through two stages; the process is long, tortuous and frustrating, and the result is full of hope and future. At first, the internationalization of Chinese library science, including 1)Introduction of Western library concepts: the idea of public libraries was introduced into China because of the spread of Western learning after the Opium War, 1840-1898; 2)Introduction of Japanese library concepts: the establishment of some provincial public libraries were products of preparing constitutionalism in the Qing Dynasty, 1905-1911; 3)Introduction of American librarianship: Dewy Decimal Classification, Card Catalogue, Alphabetic-Order Table, Cataloging Rules of the Library of Congressand so on, 1912-1949; 4)Introduction of Soviet Union librarianship: during the Cold War, Chinese library science was mainly influenced by the Soviet Union, 1950-1960; 5)Introduction of Western librarianship: after Reform and Opening-up, Chinese library science widely communicates with other countries all over the world, 1978-Now . Secondly, the Chinization of international library science: 1)Professional aspects were mainly reflected in Chinization of international standards: classification,cataloging, thesaurus and MARC; 2)Technical aspects were mainly embodied in Chinization of international technologies: CALIS, CADAL and CASHL projects in academic libraries, National Digital Library of China and National Culture Information Resources Sharing Project in public libraries, NSTL project in technology libraries; 3)Theoretical aspects were mainly manifested in Chinization of international ideology: including innovation of legal system and practice. This article holds the idea that the ultimate goal of library science is promoting the progress of library, culture and society, summarizes the major contributions of Chinese library science in the last one hundred years in the fields of international standards, information technology and core values of library, and suggests that Chinese library scholars should make the world heard the voice of Chinese librarians, promote Chinese library science and innovation.12 refs. |

文章采用历史研究方法,从国际图书馆和图书馆学交流的角度,阐述中国图书馆学国际化和国际图书馆学中国化的发展变化历程,认为近一百年来中国图书馆学思想发展的成就主要集中在国际图书馆标准的中国化、国际信息技术的中国化和国际图书馆理念的中国化三个层面,建议中国图书馆学研究应该在国际上积极发出中国声音,宣传中国图书馆学思想,推广中国图书馆界的创新,共同促进全球图书馆事业的发展。参考文献12。
