Abstract:
In the data-driven and knowledge-integrated research view,by the data from Web of Science,the authors pointed out that library and information science(LIS)is not the core discipline for think tank and big data studies. An effective direction for interdisciplinary extension of LIS needs to be explored.
By using logic analysis,the authors found that data intelligence and knowledge discovery possess rationality as an effective direction,based on data-information-knowledge-wisdom(DIKW)chain. This way follows the core clues of Resource(Book)-Man(User)-Service(Use)from library science and Data-Information-Knowledge from information science. The concept chain also takes the basic model of information science as basis,integrates the basic principles of data science,and finally realizes the connection of “data-knowledge-intelligence”.
The authors proposed that there are three keys for the interdisciplinary extension of LIS by interactions of data intelligence and knowledge discovery,including 1)data intelligence facing knowledge discovery,2)knowledge discovery penetrating data intelligence,and 3)synthetic applications in academic assessment. Two typical projects,“Engineering science and technology oriented multi source data mining of social demands in Shanghai” and “Frontiers of Internationalization of Chinese Philosophy and Social Sciences”,are applied for identifying theoretical effectiveness.
In view of the division of “soft science,hard technology”,the authors suggested that LIS exert the comparative advantages and take data intelligence and knowledge discovery as the special direction to make an integration of data-academy-creativity or digital academic culture(DAC). LIS might take the development strategy through the “hard expansion” of information technology and the “soft expansion” of management and economics for promoting the interdisciplinary extension. 4 figs. 1 tab. 18 refs.

      本文在数据驱动与知识整合研究视野中,依据Web of Science收录文献的学科分布数据,指出图书情报学尚不是智库和大数据研究的核心学科,进而思考图书情报学跨界拓展的有效方向。以逻辑分析法发现在DIKW概念链上统合数据智能和知识发现作为有效方向的合理性,提出在数据智能和知识发现交互作用下图书情报学跨界拓展三大重点:①面向知识发现的数据智能,②=2\*GB3融通数据智能的知识发现,③=3\*GB3学术评价综合应用。建议发挥图书情报学在“软科学、硬技术”分界中的核心比较优势,以数据智能和知识发现形成图书情报学跨界拓展特色方向,整合为数据—学术—创造(DAC)。图4。表1。参考文献18。
