Abstract:
With the continuous advancement of the intelligent transformation of libraries in China, the application of modern information technology to realize the whole process of right confirmation management of digital resources and to solve the “isolated island” and utilization problems of library resources has become the key content of the research and construction of smart libraries. The tamper proof and non forgery characteristics of blockchain technology can realize the accurate management of digital resources and promote the interconnection of information resources and intelligent services across the country. 
Combined with the characteristics of digital resource construction of smart library and its position in the whole smart service system, this paper puts forward the idea of introducing blockchain technology to carry out the whole process management of digital resources in smart library, adopts alliance chain as the architecture selection, and builds a digital asset management alliance dominated by libraries in China. This paper explores the key problems to be solved in digital resource management, and defines the content and scope of digital resources as virtual assets, including resource data, user data, business data and management data. 
This paper builds a digital asset life cycle management system based on blockchain technology, focusing on the creation, organization, preservation and service of digital assets. The management of digital assets mainly includes five sectors: registration and rights confirmation, construction of digital asset pool, circulation of digital assets, evidence preserving and verification supervision.
Based on this framework, this paper explores and studies the key operations that need to be realized in practical application, including regional centralized data management, data uplink and right confirmation, asset encapsulation of digital resources, circulation of digital assets, identification and traceability of infringing resources, construction of standards and specifications, etc. 2 figs. 11 refs.

      随着全国图书馆向智慧化转型创新的不断推进,应用现代信息技术实现数字资源全流程的确权管理,破解图书馆的资源“孤岛”和利用难题,成为智慧图书馆研究和建设的重点内容。利用区块链技术不可篡改和不可伪造的特性,可实现对数字资源的精准管理,促进全国范围内信息资源的互联互通和智慧服务。本文结合智慧图书馆数字资源建设的特点及其在整个智慧服务体系中的地位,提出引入区块链技术进行智慧图书馆数字资源全流程管理的构想,深入探讨数字资源管理中需要解决的重点问题,界定数字资源作为虚拟资产管理的内容范围,并基于区块链技术构建数字资产生命周期管理体系。在此框架下,探索和研究实践应用时需要实现的关键业务,包括区域性数据集中管理、数据上链确权、数字资源的资产封装、数字资产的流通、侵权资源的鉴别溯源、标准规范建设等。图2。参考文献11。
