Abstract:
In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the user experience from online services has become an increasingly popular discussion topic in the library field,especially in the academic library field. As a new position,user experience librarian began to emerge,which was represented by Brian Mathews,the first person to hold the official title of user experience librarian.
The position of user experience librarians currently does not have a clear,accurate and precise description,but in general,user experience librarians are mainly responsible for observing different library systems,both physical and digital,and trying to improve the using experience in the way that the user would understand easily. In addition,with the user participation as the core,the position has been deeply influenced by user research,both qualitative and quantitative.
The user experience practitioners always exist in various departments and mainly act as consultants in the library. User experience librarians should be familiar with every aspect of the library work,have excellent data collection and research ability,possess outstanding expression and communication skills,and be able to think from different perspectives and find problems.
Although lots of library work are related to the user experience,in term of doing user experience work in libraries for now,several themes emerged:collecting user data,improving interactive experience,optimizing physical space,testing digital interfaces,and so on.
Various forms of learning and education,both formally and informally,can continuously strengthen the skills and enrich the knowledge structure for user experience librarians,such as conferences or seminars,user experience communities,relevant courses both in library schools and other departments,in order to inject more fresh vitalities in library services for the new era.
There's not enough information to say conclusively whether the library field in general is able to adequately prepare for the user experience librarian position,but the user experience is an increasingly important area of focus across every department work in libraries with the background of accelerating information dissemination and technology iteration. Overall,user experience librarians require that the library work adheres to the user centered concept and the practitioner meets users demands,which actually conforms to the thinking mode of user oriented experience as the king in the Internet era,and adapts to readers new needs created by new technology and new media. 27 refs.

      近几年,随着信息技术的飞速发展,源于线上服务的用户体验图书馆员新职位开始出现,其核心要义是以用户为中心,深受各种定量与定性用户研究的影响。图书馆用户体验从业者往往身兼数职,并主要担任图书馆内咨询顾问的角色,工作内容主要集中在收集用户数据、提升交互体验、优化实体空间、测试数字平台等方面。通过会议或培训研讨班、用户体验社群、高校图情院系及其他院系的相关课程等各种学习教育形式,能够不断加强用户体验图书馆员的学习培训。用户体验图书馆员的出现,要求图书馆工作应秉持以用户为中心的理念,图书馆员应以用户诉求为出发点,顺应互联网时代用户至上、体验为王的思维模式,满足新技术、新媒体环境下的读者新需求。参考文献27。
