| Abstract: |
Since the 21st century,public digital culture in China has made great progress in technology,resources,services,personnel and so on,such as the implementation of the national cultural information resource sharing project,the launch of the public culture cloud,the construction of digital cultural centers and cultivation of talent team. These have laid a solid foundation for the promotion of the national cultural digitization strategy. During the “14th Five Year Plan”,the National Public Cultural Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will take the implementation of the strategy as an opportunity. In accordance with specific requirements of the strategy in content construction,infrastructure,service platform,data system and other aspects,the project of public cultural cloud will be focused on,and the efficient and high quality development of public digital cultural services will be promoted by developing and improving public cultural standards and norms,establishing a nationwide digital repository of art popularization,enhancing the capacity of cultural data service platform,facilitating the digital transformation of the industry,and building brands of public cultural digital services. 4 refs.

进入21世纪,我国公共数字文化在技术、资源、服务和人才队伍等方面进行了诸多成功实践,实施全国文化信息资源共享工程、推出国家公共文化云、启动数字文化馆建设项目、普遍建立专兼职人才队伍,为推动实施国家文化数字化战略奠定了坚实基础。“十四五”期间,全国公共文化发展中心以贯彻落实国家文化数字化战略为契机,对标对表国家文化数字化战略在内容建设、基础设施、服务平台、数据体系等方面的具体要求,以公共文化云项目建设为重点,扎实推进公共数字文化服务高效、高质量发展——建立健全公共文化标准规范,联合共建全民艺术普及数字资源库,提升文化数据服务平台能力,推动行业数字化转型,打造公共文化数字化服务品牌。参考文献4。
