| Abstract: |
The Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of National Cultural Digitization Strategyissued jointly by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council put forward the general requirements of bringing public cultural digitization to a new level. The primary task is to link public cultural resource data and connect isolated data and information islands. The important indicator of the new level is to further strengthen resource construction and enhance content supply capacity. The major breakthrough is to develop digital experience space and innovate public cultural service space. The conception of improving the dynamic mechanism of cultural resource data sharing creates a new growth point for public cultural institutions to expand their funding sources and opens up a new exploration path for deepening the reform of distribution mechanism.

中办国办《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》提出了公共文化数字化建设跃上新台阶的总要求。关联公共文化资源数据,打通“数据孤岛”“资源孤岛”,是跃上新台阶的首要任务。进一步加强资源建设,增强内容供给能力,是跃上新台阶的重要标志。大力发展数字化体验新场景,创新公共文化服务空间,是跃上新台阶的重要突破口。健全文化资源数据分享动力机制的构想,为公共文化机构扩大资金来源创造了新的增长点,为深化分配机制改革开辟了新的探索路径。
