Abstract:
The smart library is a development stage of library,which is closely related to the development of new technology and its wide application in libraries. The standard system of library should evolve with the development of technology and business. Based on the existing standard system in the library field and adapting to the key business and technical requirements of smart library construction,it is of great practical significance to construct a standard system for smart library construction,which can standardize and guide the scientific development of the smart library. Based on the analysis of the existing library standard system and digital library standard system,this study constructs a standard system framework of the smart library,which is composed of basic standards,technical standards,resource standards,service standards,space standards and management standards by using artificial intelligence,knowledge graph and smart city standard system for reference and combining with the construction content of the national smart library system proposed by the National Library of China.
It briefly lists some specific standards that should be focused on and formulated. Basic standards mainly focus on some basic and universal requirements that should be followed in the construction of the smart library,and provide consensus and norms for other standards,such as the special terms and definitions of the smart library,the reference model and the overall structure of the construction of the smart library. Technical standards mainly focus on providing key technical specifications for the application of intelligent technology in the construction and development of the smart library,providing standards for the perception of the Internet of Things of the library,and ensuring the interconnection and interoperation between intelligent hardware applications,intelligent computing resources applications,and different intelligent systems. Resource standards mainly focus on providing normative requirements for the creation,organization,management and preservation of knowledge resources of the library. Service standards mainly focus on providing specifications for specialized service scenarios or service modes resulting from the application of intelligent technologies to user services,and at the same time,adding smart aspects to other existing service standards,according to the changes of technical means and methods of reader service. Space standards mainly provide the basis for the construction of new smart space using intelligent technologies. Management standards mainly focus on ensuring the safe and reliable operation,scientific and sustainable development of the smart library,which should include the standards of data management,information security management,intellectual property management and user management,as well as the scientific evaluation of the construction of the smart library. This study also puts forward the construction strategy of this standard system,such as highlighting on individuality and focusing on integration,emphasizing on key points and urgent use priority,dynamic update and so on. 6 figs. 38 refs.

      智慧图书馆是图书馆的一个发展阶段,这个阶段与新兴技术的出现及其在图书馆中的广泛应用息息相关。立足于图书馆领域已有标准体系,适应智慧图书馆建设的重点业务和技术需求,构建智慧图书馆标准体系,对于规范和引导智慧图书馆的科学发展具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析图书馆标准体系、数字图书馆标准体系的基础上,借鉴人工智能、知识图谱、智慧城市等与智慧图书馆建设密切相关的标准体系,结合国家图书馆提出的全国智慧图书馆体系建设内容,构建了一个由基础标准、技术标准、资源标准、服务标准、空间标准和管理标准等六个方面标准构成的智慧图书馆标准体系框架,简要列举应重点关注和制定的部分具体标准,并提出标准体系的构建策略。图6。参考文献38。
