Abstract:
With the development of economy and society in China,various undertakings have entered the stage of high quality development,and basic education is facing modernization transformation. Accordingly,the construction of school libraries has also entered the stage of normalization,standardization and specialization. In recent years,the hardware conditions of school libraries have been improved obviously,however,the service efficiency is low,and one of the important reasons is the low level of specialization of the librarian team,which has severely restricted the integration of library with education and teaching,and also causes great waste of resources. School libraries in China require not only a huge demand on school librarians,but also the ability to plan the overall situation and a solid foundation of knowledge in basic education. However,the existing library science education cannot meet the demand for professional librarians of school libraries.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the supply of talents in school libraries from the perspective of professional education,and to find an ideal professional path of librarian team for school libraries. It is found that many countries generally carry out professional education of school libraries,and implement the dual professional qualification admission system of “teacher” and “librarian” for school librarians as well.
On the basis of summarizing foreign experience and drawing lessons from the historical experience of cultivating school library professional talents in normal colleges of China,it proposes to make good use of the policy of publicly funded normal education in China to set up library science(normal)major. The specific ideas are as follows:1)set up the library science(normal)major and establish a talent cultivation system which is suitable for basic education;2)open “library science(normal)+X” double degree class;3)use MOOC to implement large scale online continuing education for in service librarians. This is beneficial to cultivate a large number of specialized and compound school librarians needed for school libraries,and is a cultivation path of library science professionals in line with the conditions of China and has Chinese characteristics. 3 tabs. 52 refs.

      随着我国经济社会的发展,各项事业都进入高质量发展阶段,基础教育面临着现代化转型,相应地,中小学图书馆建设也进入规范化、标准化、专业化阶段。近年来,我国中小学图书馆的硬件条件得到明显改善,但服务效能不高,造成这种现象的一个重要原因是馆员队伍专业化水平低。中小学图书馆发展要求馆员具备图书馆专业能力和扎实的中小学教育教学基础知识,但现有图书馆学教育不能满足中小学图书馆对专业馆员的需求。本文从专业教育的角度考察中小学图书馆的人才供给问题,为中小学图书馆寻找一条理想的馆员队伍专业化路径。研究发现,国际上许多国家开展了学校图书馆学专业教育,并且对学校图书馆员实行“教师”“馆员”双重专业资格准入制度。总结国外的经验,借鉴我国师范院校的历史经验,建议借助我国公费师范教育政策,设置图书馆学(师范)专业。具体思路是:①设置图书馆学(师范)专业,建立与基础教育相适应的人才培养体系;②开办“图书馆学(师范)+X”双学位班;③利用慕课实施大规模在职馆员继续教育。这有利于培养中小学图书馆需要的专业化、复合型馆员,是符合我国国情、具有中国特色的图书馆学专业人才培养路径。表3。参考文献52。
