| There are altogether 14 single—row municipal libraries in China.Benefits of their adminis-tration depend not only on:1)hardware(Library holdings,premises and furnishings),2)system-atic software(organization and management),3)applied software(reader services)and 4)opera-tion environment(external conditions)but also on the coordination and matching of the above—mentioned four.In general,benefits of the single—row municipal library administration are high-er than those of the provincial library. |
