| The urban library is a bridge and tie that links large provincial and municipal libraries with neighbourhood libraries and libraries (or library rooms ) of residents' committees. The book-reviewing activity of Jianghan District of Wuhan taking the advantage of this superiority，pushes forward the development of library reader services and sets up a good image of the library. |
