Conducting a comparative study on the information industris of China, America and Japam,the paper analyzes on this basis that China should use the experiences of other countries for reference to do a good job in the fields of strengthening leadership, perfecting laws and regulations,setting up models,developinging information technologies and services,construction the expressway, developing information market,etc.so as to strive for further development.
