The human society is now walking into the information age and to build he library into a social information centre is an important problem demanding prompt consideration and solution.The only way for the library to deepen its information services is to: improve the quality of the employed,strengthen the sense of service, investigate and find out the social needs,use the modern information technologies and improve the quality of information processing.9 refs.
