      数字图书馆建设与服务过程中,会涉及到复制权、传播权和数据库保护等知识产权方面的问题。应利用国内外版权法赋予图书馆“合理使用”的权利,最大限度满足读者信息需求。参考文献 9。
英文摘要:
In the development and services of digital library, there are problems of the rights of photocopying, distribution, database protection, etc. In this paper, the author thinks that we can utilize the library's right of "fair use" in copyright laws in China and foreign countries to meet the needs of readers. 9 refs.
