      E-learning在西方尤其是美国企业中得到广泛应用。其教学模式有:研究培训模式；案例研习模式；资源型学习模式；协作模式等。一个完整的E-learning的架构,应包括:一个核心的学习内容管理系统、网络教学系统和前端网页及入口网站。实施E-learning的关键因素包括组织、技术成本、使用者、课程、组织文化和评估等因素。目前,E-learning呈现了一些新的发展趋势。图1。参考文献7。
英文摘要:
E-learning is widely applied in Western enterprises, especially in American enterprises. In this paper, the authors introduce the patterns of e-learning teaching and the infrastructure of e-learning, summarize some key factors for the successful implementation of e-learning, and then analyze some new development trends. 1 fig. 7 refs.
