英文摘要:
Although enterprises invest more in IT, they don't realize expected benefits. This kind of " information paradox" forces us to investigate how we can realize IT benefits. In this paper, the authors summarize some reasons, such as improper measurements, time lag and profit distribution. 3 formulas. 2 figs. 10 refs.
