AI for Science推动了信息资源管理学科研究方法体系的深刻变革,系统梳理国内外研究方法的演化趋势,有助于把握学科发展方向、推动学科创新。本文优化现有研究方法分类体系,将研究方法分为主流型、新兴型、边缘型、衰退型四种类型。以1995—2024年国内外8本高质量期刊的论文为数据来源,利用SciBERT+TextCNN和GPT 4o模型完成研究方法分类和主题抽取,构建研究方法和主题数据集,从而分析国内外信息资源管理学科研究方法总体趋势及主题—方法关联的演变趋势。研究发现,信息资源管理学科研究方法演化呈现出技术驱动、多元协同、智能转型的发展趋势。一是研究方法加速向智能化和多元化转型,技术型新兴方法应用趋势上升并重塑学科范式;二是研究方法与主题适配性不断增强,多方法融合成为推动学科创新的重要驱动力;三是传统主流方法依然不可替代,新旧方法共存促进学科理论的连续性与多样性。国外研究方法应用更加多元化,主流方法数量更多,在新兴方法创新应用和多方法融合上占据领先地位,国内在近十年逐渐缩小与国外的差距。表7。图9。参考文献34。

The new “AI for Science” paradigm is driving profound changes in the research methodology system of the information resources management discipline. Systematically reviewing the evolution and trends of research methods both domestically and internationally helps scholars to grasp the direction of disciplinary development and promote disciplinary innovation. First,we refined the existing classification system of research methods,categorizing them into four types:mainstream,emerging,marginal,and declining. Using papers of eight high quality domestic and international journals from 1995 to 2024 as data sources,we employed SciBERT+TextCNN and GPT 4o models to classify research methods and extract topics,thereby constructing datasets of research methods and topics. This enabled the analysis of the overall trends in research methods and the evolution of topic-method associations in the field of information resources management at home and abroad. 1)Overall disciplinary trends:the evolution of research methods in information resources management demonstrates a development trend characterized by technology driven,diversified collaboration and intelligent transformation. First,research methods are rapidly transforming towards intelligence and diversification,with the application of technology oriented emerging methods on the rise and reshaping the disciplinary paradigm. Second,the compatibility between research methods and topics is continuously strengthening,and the integration of multiple methods has become an important driving force for disciplinary innovation. Third,traditional mainstream methods remain irreplaceable,and the coexistence of old and new methods promotes the continuity and diversity of disciplinary theory. 2)Domestic and international differences:the application of research methods abroad is more diversified,with a greater number of mainstream methods. Research abroad leads in the innovative application of emerging methods and the integration of multiple methods,while the gap with domestic research has gradually narrowed over the past decade. 3)Discussion and implications:under the AI for Science paradigm,research in information resources management is shifting from experience driven to intelligence oriented approaches. It is essential to enhance the interpretability and theoretical grounding of intelligent methods while balancing the roles of traditional and emerging approaches,thereby promoting methodological integration and innovative breakthroughs within the discipline. 7 tabs. 9 figs. 34 refs.
