在加快建构中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系的背景下,系统评价我国信息资源管理学科的全球学术地位与知识体系自主性水平,是明确发展现状、找准突破方向的关键议题。本文构建涵盖学术生产力、学术影响力、知识应用力与国际协同力的四维全球影响力评价框架,测度中国信息资源管理学科的全球学术影响力版图,并从知识来源、议题设置、研究范式三个维度对学科自主性进行研判。研究发现:中国信息资源管理学科已完成由“从属参与者”到“关键增量贡献者”的结构性跃迁,产出规模、引文质量、技术外溢与合作网络嵌入均达到并跑乃至领先水平；理论自主性方面,对外依存度持续下降,议题自主性方面,已形成独立的本土空间,范式自主性方面,中英文发表形成功能互补的双轨结构,学科正处于高影响力增长、自主性稳步提升的转型加速期。本研究为构建学科自主知识体系提供具有可操作性的评价框架,为追踪学科从“知识引介”迈向“理论自主”过程提供实证路径。图10。表2。参考文献12。

Against the broader backdrop of accelerating the construction of an independent knowledge system for Chinese philosophy and social sciences,systematically assessing the global academic standing of China's Information Resources Management （IRM） discipline and evaluating the independence of its knowledge system have become critical issues for clarifying the current state of disciplinary development,identifying future directions for breakthroughs,and enhancing international discourse power. To this end,this paper develops a four dimensional global influence evaluation framework encompassing academic productivity,academic impact,knowledge applicability,and international collaboration capacity,thereby mapping the global academic influence landscape of China's IRM discipline. Furthermore,it examines the internal structure of the disciplinary knowledge system and assesses its independence along three dimensions,namely knowledge sources,topic setting,and research paradigms,thereby evaluating the discipline's performance in theoretical introduction,localized adaptation,and original contributions. Using influence-independence framework and publication data from CNKI and OpenAlex,this study evaluates China's IRM discipline in the global knowledge production system.
The findings reveal that China's IRM discipline has undergone a structural transition from a peripheral participant to a key incremental contributor,reaching parity or emerging leadership in academic productivity,academic impact,knowledge applicability,and collaboration capacity. However,influence and independence have evolved asynchronously. In terms of theoretical independence,external dependence has been declining,as reflected in decreasing reliance on international citations. By contrast,topic independence has fostered an independent locally oriented topic space,while paradigm independence is reflected in a computationally focused and a functionally complementary dual track structure between Chinese language venues and English language venues. These patterns suggest an “embedded independence” pathway,in which global integration coexists with local knowledge production. Overall,the discipline is currently in an accelerating transformation phase characterized by high impact growth coupled with moderate independence. This study provides an operational evaluation framework for disciplinary independent knowledge systems and offers empirical evidence and viable pathways for the discipline's transition from knowledge introduction to theoretical independence. 10 figs. 2 tabs. 12 refs.
