      本研究以深化与推广设计科学研究（DSR）范式在信息资源管理（IRM）领域的应用为宗旨,系统阐释其核心内涵、理论体系与实践路径。首先通过阐述DSR与IRM研究的主体一致性、问题兼容性与目标趋同性,剖析DSR解决IRM复杂问题的内在逻辑与价值,明确其“构建Artifact”与“贡献设计知识”的双重意涵；进而分析适配IRM领域的三种新兴应用模式及其协同机制,并借鉴CIMO框架构建一个包含情境感知、干预设计、机制解释与效果评估的层级化方法论体系；最后结合七个研究阶段提出该体系的具体应用路径,旨在为IRM领域学者提供一套严谨、可操作的研究范式,推动研究从技术工具构建向可推广设计理论升华,并增强学科的理论解释力与实践影响力。图3。表3。参考文献45。
英文摘要:
This study aims to systematically deepen and promote the application of the Design Science Research（DSR） paradigm in the field of Information Resources Management（IRM）. As IRM evolves from traditional knowledge organization toward intelligent decision support,driven by technologies such as generative artificial intelligence,the discipline faces new methodological challenges. Traditional empirical approaches often struggle to address complex,forward looking design needs,while an excessive focus on technical performance may overlook socio institutional and ethical dimensions.
To address these limitations,this research clarifies the intrinsic alignment between DSR and IRM,emphasizing their shared problem solving orientation and convergent objectives. Based on a systematic review of the conceptual connotation and development history of the design science research paradigm,this paper focuses on addressing the following two core issues:1） how to achieve compatibility and coexistence between DSR and the existing IRM methodology； 2） how to standardize the application of DSR in the core scenarios of IRM. DSR is shown to offer a dual contribution to IRM through the construction of innovative Artifact and the generation of reusable design knowledge. The study further examines three emerging DSR compatible research paradigms suitable for IRM and establishes a synergistic mechanism for their integrated application.
Methodologically,the paper develops a structured framework inspired by the CIMO （Context-Intervention-Mechanism-Outcome） logic. This framework guides researchers through a coherent process of context awareness,intervention design,mechanism explanation,and outcome evaluation. A detailed seven stage application pathway is also provided to translate this framework into practical research steps.
The main innovation of this work lies in proposing a rigorous and operational methodological system tailored specifically for IRM. This system is designed to shift research practices from fragmented and implicit technical implementations toward explicit,theory informed design inquiry. By strengthening the link between Artifact creation and theoretical contribution,the study seeks to enhance both the scholarly rigor and the practical relevance of IRM research. Ultimately,it addresses the current gaps in DSR application within IRM,promotes methodological standardization,and supports the development of a more coherent and impactful research tradition in the field. This study is not only an important exploration of building an independent knowledge system for IRM with Chinese characteristics （represented by library and information science）,but also helps to promote the integration,innovation and high quality development of the discipline's methodology. 3 figs. 3 tabs. 45 refs.
