3.5 Method functionality description

Method functionality description describes what problems can be solved using a specific method
as well as the applicability scope or domain of a method. Method functionality description includes
the following rules: “Using, the adoption of, through ... to test, to conduct” or “... can, is able to”.
Rules and examples are given in Table 7.
