            efficiency of public resources for poverty alleviation and public welfare.
              As far as academic research is concerned, the manifestation of digital poverty is more
            complicated than imagined. The structural causes of digital poverty are more diversified. The
            current digital anti-poverty environment is constantly changing. Various digital anti-poverty
            policies and programs are also emerging in an endless stream. Relevant academic research in
            the future should pay more attention to the emerging phenomenon of digital poverty. Further
            explorations should focus on the impacts of new independent variables out of economic variables,
            cultural capital, social capital, and political capital. We should pay attention to the latest best
            practices in digital anti-poverty area both at home and abroad, scientifically assess the effectiveness
            and impact of the existing policies and programs on digital poverty, contribute knowledge and
            strength to bring the level of digital inequality across society to a reasonable and manageable level.

            in 6 provinces and municipalities in Gansu, Hunan, Tianjin, Anhui, Guizhou and Chongqing. I am
            grateful to the 377 rural residents interviewed for their digitized well-being, which is my biggest
