| The development of library science in China has experienced two "tides" since 1979,one was the study of theoretical library science and the other was to develop the study of library science.After the second one had taken place,the study of library science in China accessed to the "low tide" .This was actually just the sign of the subject entering the regular stage of science .There are no alternatives for the stages of scientific development.When the subject has entered a new stage of study,its concept of study and method of thinking should also adjust correspondingly.illus.4 ref.9 |
