Psychological capabilities of library staff to bear library reform must be improved.The rolethat the law of value plays in library reform should be paid attention to.Means and measuresshould be taken to increase the transparency of reform,to get rid of the old tradition and to estab-lish new ideas.Never expect that people can simultaneously receive numerous reforms.Thebreakthrough and the successful point should be accurately chosen.
