Library work on a market-directed economy basis not only has use value but creates value.The services provided reflect the use value while the value finds its expression in the objects of services,if we want the library undertaking to establish itself in an invincible position in the future system of market-directed economy,we should cast off the yoke of cutting apart and from an independent social force with the aid of law as weapons.32 refs.
