| The "Guide" library management is the kind of art of management that takes "man" as the dominent factor and "guide" as the means in order to attain the goal of the library.In the course of library management,especially in the management of personnel,compulsory means should be used to the least extent and the guide methods,such as inducement to the goal,guidance of good examples,reasonable dredging and institutional supervising and urging should be adoped to the greatest extent.The enthusiasm,innitiative and creativity of the whole staff should also be brought into play and stimulated.3 refs. |
