The ministry-level appraisal of ILAS was passed by the Ministry of Culture in November 1991.There are more than 50 users to date,extending all over 17 provinces and cities .Since then,in a period of about one year,encouraging progresses have been made in the fields of further perfecting its functions ,of acquisition and cataloging for the lifted editions of subsystems ,of bringing forth new subsystems software industrialization,etc.
