| The essential ttribute of documents is the basis to achieve the document value;and the value of the document utilization .with regard to the Library，is the relation between the essential attribute and the user demands，which are generallu determined by the model matching prediction.The paper also approaches from a point of view of book acquisition to the forecasting methods of applying a fuzzy "subordinate degree" and "weight" to the relations of the two. 9 refs. 1 tab.
