| Since the establishment of the socialist market economy，library work has witnessed its expansion of content and scope，and the view on information value has been strengthened，but libraries have also been brought forth problems such as，increasing shortage of outlay，brain drain in a considerable number，etc. The existence and development of libraries comparison with other undertakiings，need to deepen reform and to open still more. |
